Returns + Cancellations
Please note that at this time, all items are final sale. Most items are one-of-a-kind and all items are sold "as is." If items arrive with outstanding damage (i.e. are broken, have damages greater than minor scuffs) please contact the store at 336-886-3333 and we will work with you to file a shipping claim. If an order needs to be cancelled, please contact us right away. Cancellations must be done within one hour of order submission. After that, there is no guarantee that it has not already been fulfilled and shipped. If an order requires cancellation and it is past the one hour window of submission, please contact us and we will do our best to accompany you.
